Why, why, why, just like other sports broadcasters, are you using women as pundits and commentators for mens' football. They have never played at that level so, not unlike regular spectators, they are not qualified to do so. Surely you aren't paying them the same rate as men who have played the professional game and, arguably, have the experience to know what they're on about. Get rid of them!

awful awful awful, shuts a programme off, then you have to go from the beggining, also shuts off a few mins from end, constant ads, constant frezzing.awful service.

the web streaming is pretty nonsensical in that it just doesn't work,..stop and restart and it goes back to what you have already watched over and over again

Since ITV X was launched it's hardly worth watching because of the endless bothersome glitches. It regularly buffers, shuts itself down for no reason and if you try to rewind the sound goes out of sync.
Most irritating is that if subtitles are being used the watch ad free icon covers over the text.

Please stop showing the Dormeo Mattress advert on ITV3 its been on for months and is shown between nearly every programme for the full advert break. If its not miserable adverts for funerals its Dormeo. Enough !!!!!

Why does the news reader have to compete with the idiotic drums, there's no need for? very.annoying and unnecessary, the halfwit who decided to use the overdub should be made to listen to them, and explain what they are doing.

Absolutley useless, can only see a few of the programs an My Watch list, latest espisodes not on catch up/demand ie Vera series 12, keeps crashing, rude and usless customer servies, the worst of all TV streaming servies.

Really awful not worth putting on

I am giving up on ITVX, it is the worst streaming service I have used. A high number of adverts. The streams keep crashing, I am sure ITV Hub did not crash this much. I am having to constantly restart the stream. I cannot seem to get through a program without it crashing at least twice

Celebrity Chase is a fix the chasers make many mistakes but with ordinary people they don't.Its hard for people to win on this show but the celebs do it more often.

Disappointing ITVx after all the hype. Takes ages to load and glitches all the time.

ITV x is rubbish. The only platform that stops during program and forces you to restart from the initial platform selection menu. Clearly their server is inadequate to support the demand. Netflix, iplayer, Disney, Britbox etc are much much better

When are the snooker commentators stop having their favourite players or are they racist obverse they like

Programmes like love island are vile and disgusting, if you have to entertain the masses like the running man, we are better off with out it as a country with morals has higher standards then the US.
